Rhiannon wanted a mini-dress painted on for a party. Note the green lace trim. That was done via an inverse image. I painted on a solid green band, and then used a paper-lace doily to shield the green from a flesh-colored paint I sprayed on, leaving a green lace pattern behind. The technique still needs some work, but it still came out quite well.
