Two Sides Imaging

I did some bodypainting over Labor Day weekend, and I had the good fortune to paint some wings on this lovely lady.

Another bodypainting picture from last weekend. I'd pretty much closed up for the night, but she asked if I could make time for one more. How could I say no?

This leopard style still isn't quite what I want, but it's a big improvement over my last attempt. Fortunately, my airbrush mentor had painted a leopard print just earlier that day, and I was able to pay close attention to the technique.

This is another piece of bodypainting I did over Labor Day weekend. It just took me this long to get around to posting it. I've been suuuuuper busy lately.

I'm off to FenCon. I'll be attending lots of panels, and I plan to put 13 pieces in the art show.

Yet another boring pinup...

Yeah, I know this one's different. It's arguably more of a portrait than a pin-up, but here we are. Anyway, the main thing I was going for here is to achieve a much more painted look. I'm using a combination of filters here: the standard water color, Xeno's lithograph, and Xeno's illustrator, all blended together in different amounts for different parts of the scene.

Again, I'm working on getting that painted look.

Another nude study, though this one is almost the classic NVIATWAS. Mostly I was using it as an base for practicing the "painted" look. I'm using a combination of the Illustrator, Lithograph, and Watercolor filters along with some hue and blur adjustments.

As for the sword, this is a bit of an homage to that old film "Excalibur". I always liked the subtle green glow they gave it. I've overdone that here, but I liked the look.
